Wingstop

The female cashiers are extremely rude to female customers and extremely flirty with male customers. Not to mention the 45 minute wait for 24 wings, fries, and Cajun corn. Only to get home and realize I only received 14 wings, fries, Cajun corn, and one little dusty cup of ranch for the whole meal that that cost $28! Never going to waste my time and money/dignity like that ever again with this business

This place is runs like a well oiled machine, they have really great employees. I've been multipule times cause my husband loves the wings and they are always very busy but deliver high quality food in a reasonable amount of time for how busy they are. The staff are courtious, efficient, and work well together as a team. They show that they genuinely care about customers and make sure everyone gets their food despite a constant influx of customers in person, call-ins and online. These employees should be promoted and Wingstop should do what it takes to retain this excellent talent. Also, I love that this location has strawberry fanta. One thing I would say to corporate, get some vegan options! You can be an unhealthy vegetarian here (cheese fries with ranch and celery/carrots) but as a vegan all you can do is snack on carrots/celery for the most part. Competitors have good cauliflower wings or meat substitutes, please make that happen so I can actually eat here with my husband.

Unfortunately when this place opened it was AMAZING! Wings were perfect and fries were always nice, Hot and fresh…… I recently ordered and my Buffalo Ranch fries were COLD and the sauce was thick and almost seemed old….. Also unfortunately my wings were undercooked the skin was rubbery and almost mushy, The wings meat had a pink hue to almost every single one of my wings! As a business person I would advise the owners to fire and rehire new staffing that will actually run a business correctly! 🙏

Would it be so much for employees to speak to customers with some kindness? I ordered online at 6:13pm with the estimated time for pick up to be 6:40. We got there at 6:50 and was rudely told it would be another 40 minute wait. Didn’t even check the rack. I decided to go back in after 5 minutes to double check and right when I walked in the lady gave me my bag.. Ridiculous. What if I really waited an extra 40 minutes? If you hate your job so much, please just quit. Bummer.. The food was great, but won’t be back because of how I was spoken to by the staff.

I come here often at least 2-3 times a week for lunch. I always order Hawaiian boneless wings with fries and water. This is the third time the fries were hard and very old I thought the first time even second time. That whatever lol but third time I’m sorry, but I will not be back. I will go to the wingstop in Duncan. I’m so disappointed

This is not the first time my order has been this bad! Why would you send out burnt fries?? Literally no seasoning just crusty burnt fries. And that’s the main reason I order from wing stop! The wings were under cooked drenched in bbq sauced. I know now to order plain if I decide to go back. Because every time I buy food it becomes a waste! Do better and quality food needs to be served!!

We just ate here and I think the fries they gave us was sitting out for several hours and were so cold. I think they left them out from a left over earlier batch absolutely disgusting they even smelled bad. Why would you serve someone something you wouldn't want to eat? So lazy and just nasty. Will never eat here again never had this issue at any other wingstop. My husband wings were also cold. Wish I checked the bag would have sent them back.
